In 1998 a pioneering group practice administrator for an OB/GYN medical practice began a venture to provide services beyond the group of OB/GYN physicians he administrated. At the time, the goal was to offer lower cost solutions to physicians, while offsetting the cost of business for the OB/GYN practice. Throughout the next several years the services offered as well as the number of customers grew substantially and in 2003 Advanced Physician Solutions was born.

In 2006 APS became a fully substantial entity moving into full scale operations as a medical services organization. Although the company is relatively new in terms of years of operation, the staff who lead APS have over 100 years of combined medical practice management experience and specialize in areas such as Operations, Finance, Technology and Human Resources. This specialized experience allows us to take a total practice approach and allow physicians to focus on their patients instead of on administrative tasks.
